Eastern Sierra Transit Authority (ESTA)
ESTA offers free transportation around Mammoth Lakes with bus service to nearly every popular spot in town. Complimentary maps and schedules are available at the Front Desk. The Village is the transportation hub where you can access all bus lines via stop #90 on Canyon Blvd or the Red or Pink Line at stop #18 on Minaret Rd/HWY 203.
Mammoth Mountain Inn Shuttle
We offer complimentary shuttle service for MMI guests only from 3:45pm–10:30pm. The MMI shuttle makes hourly trips to town, with scheduled stops at The Village, John's Pizza Works, Rite Aid, Vons, and Mammoth Rock 'n Bowl. Guests are encouraged to take the ESTA Red Line from Main Lodge into town during the day when the MMI shuttle is not operating. Check with the Front Desk for departure times. Shuttle service is subject to demand, weather and road conditions. During low occupancy periods, shuttle service may be reduced or by request only.
Evening Hospitality Shuttle (Winter)
When available, the ESTA Pink Line offers service to locations throughout town, including stops at The Village, Juniper Springs Resort, and Vons grocery store. Call the Front Desk or visit ESTransit.com for more information.
Airport Shuttle
Free transportation to/from the airport is offered exclusively for guests of the Mammoth Lodging Collection for every scheduled commercial flight. Contact the Front Desk to arrange service.
Bike Park Shuttle (Summer)
The Bike Park Shuttle (with bike rack) runs from The Village to the Adventure Center at Main Lodge. A valid Mammoth Bike Park ticket is required to transport a bicycle, otherwise the shuttle is free to ride.
Reds Meadow / Devils Postpile Shuttle (Summer)
To access all the sights in the Reds Meadow area, all visitors must ride a designated shuttle that operates mid-June through mid-September. Personal vehicles are not permitted unless the shuttle is not operating, and an entrance fee must be paid at the Minaret Vista ranger kiosk. Shuttle tickets are available for purchase at the window outside the Adventure Center, or pay the driver directly before 8am and after 5:30pm.
Service to Yosemite National Park (Summer)
The Yosemite Area Regional Transit System (YARTS) offers round-trip bus transportation to Yosemite National Park from Mammoth Mountain Inn and Juniper Springs Lodge, with multiple stops within the park. Schedule and fee varies. Call 877.989.2787 or visit Yarts.com for more information.
