At 11,053 feet, Mammoth boasts the highest summit of any California resort, making for deeper, higher quality snow, beautiful views and a season that can last until July. And with 3,500 skiable acres, 400 inches of snowfall and an average of 300 days of sunshine per year, we enjoy re-earning our reputation as California's only real big mountain skiing/riding experience each and every season.

Full-On Fun for Everyone
Skip the uphill hike and catch a lift to the top, then bomb down the groomed lanes as fast as you dare in a high-speed snow tube. Woolly’s Tube Park is all-time fun for all ages with a large snow play area and a heated deck with snack bar offering hot cocoa and adult beverages.
Smiles for Miles
Get off the beaten path and take in the scenic sights on a snowmobile adventure through the High Sierra. Mellow cruisers and hard chargers alike will find big fun exploring more than 100 miles of tree-lined trails and massive meadows on a guided or self-guided excursion.
Scenic Tours to Minaret Vista
Enjoy the heated comfort of a luxury snowcat tour up to one of Mammoth’s most scenic spots where you can take in the spectacular views of Mammoth Mountain, the Minarets, Ritter Range and beyond. At the vista, toast to the landscape and enjoy a spread of delicious eats. Each snowcat holds up to 12 people.
Set Out for Adventure
Leave it all behind and explore the Mammoth Lakes Basin on snowshoes or Nordic skis. Rentals, lessons and guided tours are available so you can experience the serene beauty of alpine lakes and ancient forests on over 19 miles (30 kilometers) of groomed world-class trails.
Stunning Sierra Views
Take a scenic ride up Mammoth Mountain on the Panorama Gondola to explore all the fun at 11,053 ft. At the top, snap a selfie at the summit sign, enjoy lunch with panoramic views at the Eleven53 Café, and discover the history and wonder of the Sierra at the interpretive center. Up to 2 kids (12 & under) ride FREE with each paying adult.
California's Family Mountain
With 1,500 acres of uncrowded slopes, an easy-going atmosphere, breathtaking views of the surrounding lakes and peaks, and free lift tickets for kids 12 and younger, the whole family will enjoy a Sierra ski day at California's family mountain. Located just 20 minutes north on Highway 395. Mammoth lift tickets are valid same-day at June.
